Former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman in Abia State, Barrister Emma Nwaka has appealed to Ndi Igbo to shun the agitation for violent secession from Nigeria, but rather fight for their rights.
Nwaka, said; "It is not in Igbos interest to consider violent secession from Nigeria as an option, much as there is no denying the fact of Igbo marginalisation in the scheme of things in today's Nigeria.”
