Alvaro Morata will meet his new Chelsea team-mates in Singapore next week.
The Spainish striker is in London to complete a medical with fans excited to see the 24-year-old make his first appearance in blue.
Antonio Conte is busy preparing his side for Saturday’s friendly with Arsenal in Beijing, which has come too soon for Morata to obtain a Chinese visa, Telegraph reports.
The club’s next friendly, three days later in Singapore against Bayern Munich, is the most likely game for him to make his unofficial debut.
Meanwhile, Morata has broken his silence over his impending move from Real Madrid to Chelsea, insisting that he has no regrets over his time with the La Liga champions.
