Trump is back in the U.S. and tweeting like crazy

Just hours after President Trump touched down in the United States from a nine-day trip abroad, he returned to Twitter to decry the news media and push back against reports about his administration.Time
President Trump reclaimed his voice on Twitter on Sunday after a relatively quiet foreign trip where he didn’t hold a news conference and didn’t tweet much.
The common theme in the series featured complaints about news coverage of his administration. In a string of missives, Trump blasted stories based on anonymous sources as “fake news.”
The tweets came a day after someone who could be identified only as a “senior administration official” told reporters aboard Air Force One that Trump’s trip to Saudi Arabia, Israel, Belgium and Italy was “historic” and “unprecedented.”
“People didn’t feel like they knew where America stood, they didn’t feel like they knew who America’s friends were, who America’s foes were,” the official said, according to the pool report. “This trip has left no one with any doubt about who America’s friends are.”
Trump also noted the British complaints in a tweet, including those from Prime Minister Theresa May, about U.S. government leaks over the investigation of the Manchester concert bombing. Investigators  temporarily stopped sharing information with U.S. counterparts after information such as the name of suspect Salman Abedi was revealed.
Another Trump tweet praised the Republican victory in a special Montana House race while disputing coverage of the special election.
But Trump didn’t name winner Greg Gianforte in the tweet, after he beat Democrat Rob Quist to succeed Republican Ryan Zinke, who was nominated to head the Department of the Interior. Gianforte was charged with body-slamming a reporter in the final days of the campaign.
