Residents make thieves flog themselves as punishment (photos)

The other day, a thief was caught and forced to finish a bowl of pepper! Today, two thieves were caught and they were asked to mercilessly flog themselves! LOL!

The the photos below which has gone viral, Two men who were caught stealing  were given a very long cane with a curved tip to flog each other. Both can be seen in the picture taking turns to deliver the lashes. They were both topless and it seemed really painful.
