The tenants of a house in Umuagu in Obingwa Local Governement Area of Abia State, were required to provide some items including a live goat for the burial of their landlord.

 

The list has caused some controversy amongst social media users since it's emergence with many wondering why tenents would be mandated to make compulsory contributions to a landlord's funeral arrangement.
