According to Drumbeat Magazine publisher, Elsie Halima Ijorogu-Reed, the woman pictured above was caught mixing the grinded pepper she was about to sell with akamu garri, colourings and palm oil yesterday in Abraka main market, Delta State.She was caught and beaten by angry mob.
