Acting president Yemi Osinbajo on Tuesday sworn in Justice Walter Onnoghen as Nigeria's 17th chief justice at a ceremony where Onnoghen was also decorated with Nigeria's second-highest national honour of the Grand Commander of Order of the Niger (GCON).
