The 28-year-old has been sidelined since November 23 with a shoulder problem which required surgery, but Ancelotti confirmed Boateng would return to action this weekend.
"He won't start the match, but I will let him play. He feels fit," the Italian told reporters on Friday.
"Boateng is a fantastic centre-back. His return gives me the chance to rotate the squad because we'll have a lot of important games in April."
Bayern are chasing a fifth straight German league title and lead RB Leipzig by seven points at the top, while the Bavarian giants are also through to the quarter-finals of the Champions League and the last four of the German Cup.
